So the only visitors we’ve had at the feeding station thus far are slugs. At least they weren’t very big ones!
Besides that we had another possible sighting last night in a different area and an anti-sighting today — someone sent two cell phone photos of a roaming dog to the Daisy team, and they forwarded it to us. The coloring was right, but it was wearing a harness and appeared to be bigger than Mari. While we wish we could get a photo of Mari, it was great to be able to look at a picture and definitively say, “This is not a sighting.”
So that’s where we are right now… of course last night’s sighting is close to a former feeding station location *sigh* Oh, Marisol. Where are you, little creature? And which of these sightings are you??
When I was checking the feeding station the other day, I was singing a new song for you…
Mistress Mari quite contrary.
How does your forest grow?
Very well, she says. Still lost in the Fells.
Come on out and home you go…

Your song is very sweet. . . and she will be glad to hear you sing it to her IN PERSON someday very soon. It’s no surprise you and Miss Mari found each other because you both have such tenacity and spirit. Hoping for the best in the next hours and days!
Stay strong and keep a smile on your face. Marisol will see the smile and come towards you. Today the sun is out and so is her army! Thoughts and prayers as always with all three of you.
Thanks for the update; they must be harder and harder for you to post. Hugs to you from Mari supporters………
